Hello, my name is Jessie. I created this blog in memory of my late father, who imparted his culinary finesse to me. Some of the recipes on this blog are passed down from my father to me, while others are derived from my experiments to create dishes I have never cooked before. The dishes I cook span a variety of styles, with a predominant focus on Hokkien, Hockchew, and Peranakan flavours.
