Ingredients
1 cup pudina leaves
1 cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp grated ginger
3 fresh green chilli
4 cloves garlic
Salt & sugar to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp each – masala & cumin powder

Method
1) Blend the above ingredients to a smooth paste. Serve as side dish with tandoori chicken, Chicken tikka or other snack.
