1 packet Royal Chives – washed and cut into 3 sections
3 cloves garlic – minced
1 red chilled – cut into strips
50 g small prawns – shelled
1 tbsp abalone sauce
1/2 tsp each – salt, Knorr All In Seasoning powder
A dash of pepper
1) Heat oil in a wok and saute garlics till fragrant, add prawns and cook till the colour turns pinkish.
2) Add royal chives and sauce ingredients, stir to mix and toss quickly on high heat. Transfer to serving dish, top with red chilli and serve hot.
