Stir-Fry Big Head Bean Sprouts with Prawns

600 gm big head bean sprouts (remove tails – washed and drained)
200 gm prawns (shelled)
3 cloves garlics – minced
2 shallots – sliced thinly
1/2 carrot – sliced

Seasoning sauce
salt, chicken powder to taste
1 tsp oyster sauce
1 tsp light soy sauce

1) Heat oil in a wok, saute minced garlics and shallots till aromatic. Add prawns and toss and fry till prawns turn colour.
2) Add big head bean sprouts, mix and fry over high heat for 3 mins, add in seasoning sauce. Stir and toss till everything is mixed evenly. Stir-fry for a further 2 mins, transfer to serving plate.
