1 big szechuan vegetable – washed n sliced thinly (soaked in hot water for 10 mins)
1 white carrot – cut into quaters
pork ribs – rinsed and scalded with boiling water
5 chicken feets – washed
1 sweet corn – cut into 4
salt, pepper to taste
1.5 litre water
1) Bring water to a boil, add pork ribs, chicken feet, szechuan vegetables and white radish.
2) Simmer for 40 mins for low heat, add tomatoes and sweet corns. Continue to simmer for 20 mins.
3) Season with salt, pepper, chicken powder and a sprinkle of sugar. Taste accordingly.
